This year we had to make the challenging decision to move our cousin out of her group home and into an assisted living. Finding a place where she would be happy, safe, engaged, loved and cared for was an intimidating task that we did not take lightly. The staff at Mira Vie made us feel at home right away. We ultimately chose this residence because the staff treated our situation with such empathy and we could see the integrity in which they treated their residents. You can tell that each staff member takes pride in their work here. The facility is clean, comfortable and everyone, including the kitchen staff is flexible to help meet our cousin's needs. There are also many services available to residents. For example, we are happy that she is receiving OT from an enthusiastic and knowledgeable therapist. Since our family member has moved in she has been met with love, compassion, understanding and an incredible staff that works hard each day to create a safe, loving and engaging environment. She tells us that she is happy and loves her new place. We feel so lucky to have found Mira Vie at Green Knoll and feel as though our own family has grown.

It has been 6 months since our family member has moved into Mira Vie Greenknoll. I can’t describe the peace of mind that our family has, knowing how happy and well taken care of, she is. The staff is so amazing, kind, friendly, knowledgeable and incredibly caring. The activities have her engaged and meeting new friends. The facility is so clean and so pretty, the food is delicious and the kitchen staff kind and flexible. I literally spoke to the head of the business office and the executive director and cried that I was so happy to find such a wonderful community.
Excellent community, I would highly recommend it!!! I have an elder cousin who’s been there for the last six months. My cousin has had such a positive experience there, and so has all of our family members that visit my cousin at the facility. It’s homey, clean, the staff is helpful/kind, and they have lots of activities for the residents. The nerves we all had with placing her in a senior living facility have all melted away.
Note - My mother is not yet a current resident. My mother was supposed to be discharged from the hospital a few weeks ago and I was looking for Assisted Living facilities in the Bridgewater area as my parents live near there and my father wanted her to be close to their house. I live out of state, so I had to make all of the tour appointments for my father via phone. Erin Biddle from Mira Vie replied promptly to my initial request and was able to schedule a tour with my father. My mother has complex issues and Erin was so kind and understanding and listened to my synopsis of my mother past 3 months of hospitalization and rehabilitation. She wrote everything down and took many notes so she could get back to me with answers to any questions she couldn't answer during the phone call. My father was very impressed with the tour and the facility and thought Erin was a "sweetheart". Being that I live out of state, I set up 5 tours at different facilities in the area and he narrowed his selection down to Mira Vie and 1 other. So, the following weekend, I drive in from out of state and Erin came in on HER DAY OFF to take my father and myself on another tour. I felt so bad because she had plans with her family and put them in hold to meet with us and I did ask a lot of questions making the tour longer than expected. Erin was so kind and reassured me it wasn't a problem and she would stay as long as needed to answer all of my questions because she understands this is a big decision to make. Upon leaving the tour, I just knew I'd pick Mira Vie even though I hadn't turned the 2nd facility yet. Unfortunately, my mother developed complications and is still inpatient. It is unknown if she will recover. To this day, Erin has remained in touch with me and always asks how my mother, father and I am doing. I know she reached out from her compassion and care, with no ulterior motive of the business. Characteristics like this in a person are so important when selecting a facility for a loved one. Obviously the facility needs to meet all of the logistics and physical/ medical needs of the residents but having directors and staff that genuinely care make all the difference. Mira Vie at Green Knoll is a beautiful, clean and safe facility and residents I interacted with and observed were all thrilled to live there. If you're interested in a tour, request Erin, she's the best!
My cousin has been a resident at Mira Vie for 5 months. The staff has been amazing at taking care of her and she is very happy there. Would highly recommend.
