My mom has been a resident for more than 4 years now. Two years ago she moved into the Cottage (memory care unit) and this was obviously traumatic for my family and I. Given my mom's condition and her inability to advocate for herself I always worry if she being properly taken care of when I can't be there. This ended up not being an issue due to the commitment of the Cottage team and their leader Jessica. Her contumely going above and beyond what's required of her for the good of the residents is exceptional. I can reach out to Jessica at any time if I have concerns and always feel like I'm connected to my mom's care even if I can't be there. With the recent ownership changes this level of commitment has been even more valuable and I don't know what I would do without her.

This is incredible that after 20 years where I started my career in senior living, I'm back at a place that feels like home, especially with the same dedicated team still around! It really speaks to the strong culture and commitment that the staff and community have built. It's rewarding to see familiar faces and reconnect with the people who helped shape my journey.
I have family member at mira vie at brick i have to say it is very warm and welcoming the activities are great Judy the activity director is amazing her love for the residents shines threw . She keeps them busy and happy .. Christine in activities is also great and john the bus driver too.. we r very happy with the staff they r always helpful and kind we r happy with our decision with mira vie
My mother has been here over 2 years now and I am very happy and feel very confident that she will be well taken care of when I am away. Judy and Christine arrange many activities to keep her active Maria does a fantastic job keeping the facility running smoothly . Dr. Jasmina keeps a close eye on moms health. Jennifer does a great job with all the nursing Staff taking care of mom. All the nursing staff and aids Are attentive, especially BETH, Ethel, Sharon and Shadaya. The facility is very clean and well maintained. When I walk in it like a homelike environment
I cannot say enough good things about the Chelsea! My Mom has been living here for almost 5 years now. She started out in assisted living and has now moved to memory care for the last 3 years. Jessica in the cottage plans so many fun and creative things for the residents to enjoy each day. They also provide many events for families to enjoy with their loved ones. We especially enjoyed Christmas in July as well as the Granparents Day BBQ. All of the aides go above and beyond to care for and make my Mom feel loved each day. They also provide great entertainment and trips for the residents to enjoy. The food is also really good, they provide a great menu with many options for the residents to choose from.
