I would like to pass along a compliment for one of your new (or at least new to me) staff: Nick. I stopped by to visiting Mom after work. A trivia game was going with a bunch or residents, Nick had the group organized, engaged, laughing, exercising memories. The thing that impressed me most with Nick was not Mom's engagement (she tends to be a happy type) but another resident I had 'classified' as a grump, sourpuss. She was laughing and engaged with all. Anyway, wanted to pass on the 'good review' on this. (To be fair to others, Mom has mentioned activities on prior visits, I just was not there to witness).

Wonderful experience while visiting my aunt and on an occasion of meeting the very polite and accommodating staff. I will recommend it as an ideal place to reside when ready for a senior living community. Faye Thomas
This facility is beautiful. Clean and the workers are sooooo very friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place for their loved one's.
Disclaimer: My review is not based on the place itself, only the customer experience/service. I called yesterday because my elderly mother, who is in the hospital right now, will need to move to An assisted living space instead of living independently due to her declining health. When I called, I advised her of this and the first question I asked was how much it is to live there and what the process is. The lady was very nice and courteous, so let me just say that, and advised that she did not have any information to provide on finances; that would be the finance sales director, and asked if I could make an appointment to come speak to him and get a tour. I said sure and gave the time available. A few minutes later, the sales director (I believe Quincy is his name) was very nice and professional. He also did call back and stated he would love to meet but needed to reschedule for 2:30 because he had an appointment at 1:30. I said okay, sure. I did not disclose that I was also trying to prepare to leave town, so this did push me back a bit because I had some things to do and wasn't expecting I would have to come in just to get prices or how the application process worked here. So anyway, I went in and had to wait a bit, even though I got there early. I still waited, I don't know, maybe 10-20 minutes after 2:30 p.m. to speak to the director as he was on a call. While waiting, the frint deak did ask how my mother was doing so i felt this is a warm welcome and caring environment. I was given a form to fill out after waiting a few minutes. I did not finish it by the time the sales director came out because it was just provided after waiting a while. So when he came out, very nice and handsome, he introduced himself and then asked what brought me there and if this was my first time looking for assisted living. I told him yes, I had never had to look before, and gave him the breakdown of why I was dealing with my mom now. He took the form and said he would actually finish filling it out, then told me that they did not take Medicaid, Medicare, etc., which is what I had initially asked over the phone when I called but was directed to come in. So all in all, I do feel more time was wasted driving and coming in than the actual talk we had just in the lobby because that was all I needed to know over the phone. I was never given a tour either so it was just pointless to me to come in and a waste of time. The improvement that can be made here is that general information on what financial payments are accepted should be given such as if accepting Medicaid Medicare or Baseline price as what quincy mentioned to me starting price before coming in. It would have saved me waiting an extra hour on appt time and just even driving there altogether. Front desk should be able to provide this information and if not then the front desk should relay exact question asked to director who called back so that instead of just setting up appt and tour that was unnecessary for this particular case. That was, in my opinion, two opportunities to be told the information on the phone and not have to come in to get it. However, Quincy did give recommendations on how to get the process started for what I was looking for, so that is why I give four stars. He was extremely helpful. But overall, that would have been the best potential customer experience for me because time is valuable, and not everyone can just come in only to be told no or should have to anyway. I think finding out information over the phone is the best way to find out if you should proceed with an appointment and tour. To me, I should have first been asked about the customer's needs or their financial situation if they prefer, and if not, then offer the appointment. The lobby is beautiful; I will say that's as far as I got, lol. I hope this helps improve calls to potential clients who may be fairly young/ uneducated on independent assusted living plaves and/or calling on behalf of a parent like me who never had to deal with this before. :)
Beautiful facility, caring staff and outstanding dining choices. This is the greatest facility in Central Arkansas.
