I have lived here for 7 years since the building open. I've always liked this little community. However, when the rent went up to 1565 for two bedroom, that's too much. This is supposed to be a senior building. There is no rent control in this county and almost no place for us to live

I moved in a month ago and have been disappointed. It seems the property has been plagued by construction issues, property manager changes, no staff to clean the property, no maintainence staff, and lack of promised services. Simple things like functioning interior air conditioning in hallways and laundry rooms and clean elevator floors and hallway rugs shouldn't be too much to ask for a build that just had a grand opening in March of 2017. The rent isn't significantly less expensive than non senior places in the area given you're expected to pay for water, sewer, mostly sub metering fee, hot water, washer, dryer, electric, cable, $300.00 non refundable pet deposit, non smoking property, etc. I believe joint responsibility lies with local management, corporate management, and the builder for the issues current residents are having to endure. I hope things improve!

My lease says this is a smoke free building but my apartment smells like a smokey bar. I have never smoked and don't wish to live in this environment. Management does not care and is doing nothing to stop residents from smoking in the building. If you are a non smoker do not rent here.

The walls have no installation. U hear everything. Management don't care. I live here and have a certain neighbor that keeps their tv up loud during certain hours and it has been causing me to lose sleep ever since we moved here. Problems reorted and nothing done about it. Shows what other people say about here are true.
