I am very pleased at the level of care and compassion from all of the first floor staff at Miller's. My mother experienced a severe health issue, and I want to thank the staff for their support and kindness, to myself as well as my mother. She was released two days before Christmas, and although she was happy to sleep in her own bed again, she is very grateful for the care that she received at Miller's.

I’ve never met a better or more professional Management Team than at Miller’s in Logansport. All the way around, housekeeping staff, maintenance, dietary, nursing staff/CNA’s, reception, activities, management,Physicians, and corporate level. There’s compassion and skills that I’m beyond impressed with. The residents are their beloved family and it shows.
A Loved One in need of nursing care, that can't be provided in home, is a huge challenge for families; add memory issues to the mix and it can be a nightmare! MMM has been a True Blessing! Our Loved One is extremely well cared for. Staff are genuinely kind, compassionate and very attentive! Due to this, the health condition has held steady at 2 years vs the common downward spiral after being confined to nursing care. MMM is the next best thing to being home. The Staff does an awesome job meeting the individuals' needs while creating a home like environment. Y'All are VERY Appreciated!!
I wouldn't even give this facility 1 star. Management is about as unprofessional as they come. If you need any kind of important paperwork completed they lie and state that they never received it when we have proof of receipt. The facility itself is a piece of garbage, dirty floors, unsafe elevator, just not a nice place. The next time a manager hangs up on me, I will be contacting their superior. Do your family a favor and go elsewhere.
Visited with one of our parishioners who was a resident there with his wife. I asked him what the staff was like and he praised them highly.
