The staff is kind ,loving and attentive. The home is clean,well maintained and my spouse is well adjusted in his new environment. As hearfelt it is when the decision for placement for a loved one occurs it gives you peace of mind that your loved one is at the MILLENNIUM MEMORY CARE in Holmdel.

My brother is receiving excellent care at Holmdel. There are always plenty of attentive staff on hand, and they go out of their way to make visitors comfortable in the homey environment. In talking to the staff, many have been there for years, and they like the work and the residents. It really shows.
The care for my uncle in this facility has been on task. He is a difficult patient with some behavioral issues and John the director along with his staff are professional and caring when a situation arises. John shows the care and concern as if it was his own family. His years of working with this population is to our advantage. The patience he shows the clients is remarkable. There are not a lot of directors out there who run multiple facilities and are still able to spend time with families and clients to get to know them. He is dynamic.
At Millennium, Thelma is an amazing resource and makes such an incredibly difficult decision easier. She also ensures my dad is cared for and checks in with our family about his progress and needs.
We were so fortunate to find millennium in Homdel. Despite the behaviors my uncle showed, they took great care of him, were patient, and treated him like a person. Thelma is an excellent communicator and made sure we were aware of the happenings. She sat with us during many visits to make sure we felt comfortable. The assistants were also very attentive. Millennium knows how to care very well for their patients!
