They lost my grandfather's dentures and only would replace the top because that's what they sad he came in with,BS. If your loved one had dementia and are non verbal ,please do not send your family members there. I would not put my dead grandmother there for them to look after. This place is nice as far as esthetically pleasing but care wise is a joke.

I recently was shopping at the Dollar Store and noticed the Millcroft transport out front. The driver, Nick, was in the store helping an elderly lady do her shopping. He was directing her to various items and aisles, encouraging her to take her time and shop as long as she wanted. He was very solicitous helping her out of the store and onto the van. He is a gem and should get a Shout Out for A JOB WELL DONE!
I transferred from Christiana hospital to this facility for rehab. When I arrived at 12:30 in the afternoon, none of my medications were here. I asked again at 3 and 5:30. No medication had arrived. Apparently the medication was supposed to arrive from king of Prussia. By 8:30 pm was crying in pain because I didn’t have any pain medication. I had been without necessary pain medication since 10 am that morning! What facility doesn’t have the medication necessary for a patient? When I ask for help, I end up debating with the staff about why there’s no medication here or why when I use the call bell no one comes to help. This is absolutely unacceptable. I have already attempted to talk to 2 supervisors and have made minimal strides in accessing my needed medication.
They lost my father's dentures. They say that it wasn't listed as a belonging, however many. Don't think of something that's in their mouth as a belonging. They won't replace and it's a shame..... 11/6 Edit...I clearly said that many don't think of anything in their mouth as belonging. The list even gives examples of belongings and not once the list I saw said DENTURES. This is the same facility that said they couldn't find my dad's clothes when I went in my father's room and the male nurse was there and he saw me put the clothes in the bottom drawer all to receive all call 2 days later that they don't know where hisclothes were.. a complete joke!! This is the same facility that I said to look at the cameras to see that when they had my father propped up at the nurse station (that's where they put you if they need to keep an eye on the patients) meanwhile the patents still aren't being watched . I told them I was there feeding my father and noticed my father didn't have both dentures in ... that's when the nurse said, she thinks it's in the room .. I went and there it was. Because my father was sundowning he wouldn't allow me to put the bottom dentures in and then began pushing out the top dentures. They said both won't fit in a cup so they got a plastic container. They said they do not have cameras in the area I was in feeding my father, if they did they would have noticed the did in fact have upper and lower dentures. They couldn't even find a drawer full of clothes so you already know they can't find his dentures. I had to physically go in and SHOW them that the clothes were there even though I explained it on the call...they were to lazy to even check. Again pics are nice don't let this place or the smiling face that greets you fool you
What a delightful place to heal and feel better! Having been through this entire experience once before for the exact same injury two years ago, I was sure I would ace it in no time flat! Boy was I wrong! Took me seven weeks to finally go home with still a lot of practice ahead of me! Along the way, I met some wonderfully warm and caring people, some of which remain my friends. The therapy staff is among the best, giving me inspiration and the confidence to keep on trying! There were some bumps and grinds along the way, like wait times after pressing the ever popular red "help" button! But all things considered, my stay was worth the " wait"!
