Mill Pond staff does everything possible to give us a reason to face each day with anticipation and hope. The variety of activities provided-excellent music programs, many church services and Bible studies fill our hours every day. All of the above are so very appreciated however, the incredible kindness and love shown by staff every single day is absolutely mind-boggling. We are all very aware this is the last chapter of our life. We are given the opportunity to be thankful and enjoy another day, or allow fear and anxiety creep into destroy what we are given. Every resident is wearing different life shoes here at Mill Pond. We can fill those shoes with love and peace because we are surrounded by caring and loving staff in every department. Looking back over our productive working years, we are now totally surrounded by love and acceptance to help us not waste this last chapter of our life. Terrible. Staff member was incredible rude. Had to buzz in three times and every time the lady with a middle eastern accent said the door was open when it wasn't. Became incredible belligerent when I explained what was happening. Fix this attitude someone needs to talk to her.
The independent living area is clean and well kept 99.8% of every day. Activities are scheduled many days each week. The nursing home section provides excellent care at all times that I visited my wife while she lived there.
I can't say enough positive things about this place. Every single staff person is nice, knowledgable and very caring. The residents are friendly and happy. The facility is clean, modern and well kept. This is the place to be for great service, care and support.
Love this place! My mother is well cared for by a very nice staff. She is in the assisted living apts and it has been a good transition from her home to here.
