My wife’s grandmother is in the memory care unit here. The staff on that side are usually very friendly. Can’t say the same for the other side. Never once has any person at the main desk greeted us. More often than not, the staff at the desk that lets you into the memory care unit acts like they can’t be bothered. Today we stopped and had to look for someone. Two people were in the little office behind the desk. I said “hello.” One looked at me and then ignored me. I asked if she could let us in. She stood up, walked over, put in her code, and just waved us to go. Not a word from her. Just a look on her face like I was inconveniencing her. Train your staff to be more friendly to people.

My mom was there for two weeks. Some of the nurses acted like they couldn't be bothered at first, but I spoke with them and they were good afterwards. Always asking her if she was in pain and making sure she was comfortable.She was always clean and fed. Aides were great . Those girls bust ass.And the physical therapy was good too.One bad thing was she thought the food was awful.
Mifflin center really.surprised me actually...My husband was in 2 previous Rehabs and they were horrible!!!! Mifflin Center. Staff act very professional and all r very kind!!!!! My husband who is in there likes Mifflin Center very much!!! II am soo happy this was very much a real pleasant surprise!!! Thank You all!!!
The staff were very caring and informative. My father had a very good experience in his brief stay. Thank you to all the Mifflin Center employees!
We visited my grandfather’s sister today. Everyone was so helpful and why out of their way to help us find her. It was my first time there with my family. Very accommodating staff.
