The Senior Center is fun! There are so many activities for seniors. I enjoy the Zumba Gold and Gentle Strength classes. Everyone there is helpful and kind. Kudos!

Yoga class 11:30 to 12:15 with Amy. Excellent class!
The senior center is a fun, helpful place with lots of planned trips and activities as well as an inexpensive lunch program. I highly recommend it!
Love it. All nice staff, sue is great. Love exercises, wish there was one for Fridays.
It's all designed around the seniors and also has a summer camp program for children
