My mom passed away at Middlefield Oaks after being there about 7 months. The staff was always helpful, kind and patient, but were exceptionally so during her passing. They were very respectful and kind to family members, but especially to my step-dad. My thanks to all the staff.

We moved my mother-in-law to Middle Field Memory Care unit about 6 months ago, because she was not thriving or being taken care of at Elder Health and Living. She had a fall at Elder Health and her hip was broken. They never called us or took her to the hospital. She laid in her bed all night in pain. She is now thriving; and she has gained her weight back. She constantly had UTI's at Elder Health. She has not had a UTI since she arrived at Middle Field Memory Care. It is a relief when a loved one's heath and spirits improve, especially in the context of elder care. The transition to a new care facility can be challenging, but it seems Middle Field Memory Care has provided a supportive and healing environment for my mother-in-law. It's a testament to the care and dedication the staff at Middle Field, and the relief to know that she is in good hands. Thank you silver side :) Thank you ALL sides.

We moved Mom into Middlefield Oaks Memory Care July 2022 and couldn’t be happier! The staff are sweet, caring and good at what they do. Lauren, the Activities person, is awesome! Mom started out not wanting to leave her room and now she sits in the dining area for all meals and participates in all activities. I’m so grateful we found Middlefield and that Mom is very happy!
My mother has lived here several years now and like a lot of private businesses their bottom line takes precedence over quality care. They basically give bare bones services, have a high turnover staff rate, food is generally bland without much imagination and my mother is not able to get a bath on a regular bases. They need a better quality of staff who genuinely care about the elderly and are willing to listen!!!
