What a great Doctor. I could not ask for a better experience. Having her labradoodle in the room, gave me a true sense of peace and comfort. I Just want to say thanks to the whole staff. They were 👍 great.

We took my son to this facility on Christmas Eve for what we believed to be a pretty severe sinus infection among other things. The facility was nice, and the nurses seemed to be thorough. However the doctor, Toko Morimoto, was not helpful and did not offer anything that provided any substantive relief of his symptoms or helped to even treat what was wrong. We were at another urgent care facility exactly one week later after we had gotten back home - for the exact same symptoms but even worse at that point in time. That would not have been necessary if Dr. Morimoto had been willing to prescribe any medicine to actually help with what was wrong with my son.
Great facility - modern, clean lines, bright. This was my first visit with Alexi Perkins PA. She is pleasant, very thorough, very knowledgeable. Asks lots of questions to help focus her treatment/diagnosis. Came up with a thorough plan and fully explained every step. Will return to see her since my “regular” doc is too hard to appoint with.
I have absolutely nothing but good things to say about Dr Dill and the emergency room staff at Kremmling. I dislocated my shoulder while there on vacation, and the staff were kind, friendly, courteous, and absolute professionals. As a medical professional myself, I do not give out praise to healthcare facilities easily, and I was very impressed with the staff, the facilities, and the equipment. The staff explained everything in detail before, during, and after my procedure and ensured I understood the follow up care necessary. Hospitals everywhere should take some lessons from this first-class facility!! (And I hope I never need to come here ever again, lol) Minus one star because I got a bill for the full amount of the bill, despite producing my valid insurance card at the time of visit.
Update 1/31/23. I had posted negetive regarding and after today changed. The negative was regarding a travel nurse here, later to find out she was issue not the medical facility. Took friend here today after roll over car accident, staff was extremely helpful, Amy and older gentleman understanding on intake. All were very caring for patient and myself in siutation. This was serious accident, see picture... Not a great day for lady friend, hospital staff made better under circumstances
