My elderly mother has had several stays at this skilled nursing facility to recover from various ailments. It is a small facility with personalized care. They have a high staff retention, and there are always plenty of familiar faces no matter how long it’s been since the last stay. It’s a homey environment, and my mother quickly calms upon arrival from a hospital or other large facility. The staff gets to know the residents, and will go out of their way to make the patients comfortable. The therapy department is exceptional. We have experience with many other local skilled nursing facilities, and this one is always my first preference.

They treat my family member with dignity and respect 5 Stars for this health care for all Titles on April 2024, my mom transition from earth to Heaven I would like to thank every title that is employed with Midvalley and if they not employed with mid valley, they came there as a nurse practitioner or with the therapy dogs The receptionist that always had the iPad charged up so I can FaceTime my mom thank you to the CNA Took excellent care of my mom thank you to the nurses that administered medication. Thank you to the cleaning staff that made sure mom‘s room was clean. Thank you to the kitchen. Cook the food thank you. I cannot thank you enough. I think everyone that came there to do a job. I feel much better that my mom last couple of months of her life was treated with dignity and respect by the nursing staff thank you very much. I’m going to send the card. Thank you.
The staff at Mid Valley Healthcare are always so nice and and helpful. The social worker is a sweetheart and does whatever she can to make residents feel comfortable about their transitions in and out of the facility. The facility is clean and all the staff really makes you feel at home! Thank you all again for everything you have done for my family.
Blasting TV of roommate all day all night with violent movies, adjoining bathroom with doors that were locked from the other side most of the time and staff was annoyed when asked to help unlock it. I even put up signs to help remind them (didn't help) I hope you don't need portable oxygen because you'll be told it's too expensive and you are using too much (WHAT!!!) I brought these problems to the administration and nothing was done. I regret not taking my loved one out of there sooner (20 days was too long). Find another place.
