Loved the Residents and my coworkers but the ADON picking out cnas to blame things on calming they "watch" the cameras when they really don't just want an excuse to get rid of people they don't like night shift is WAY understaffed but yet they tell everyone that trys to help that night shift is fine and don't need it they don't care about night shift they get blamed for everything saying we're not doing our job but yet never watch The Cameras like they say they do also little pay to sit back and get abused by the residents and they administration dosint do anything about it plus they replaced Holiday pay and replaced it with PTO days
Would give 0 stars if it was an option. Most CNAs are rude as hell to both other staff and residents. If you work in one of the kitchens you’ll be serving moldy food to residents and should you have to get a paper check it is not a valid payroll check and no bank or anywhere that cashed checks will touch them. Contacted DOL and Health department.
They pull the CNA's to other halls forcibly and that's against the family policies since you have to be pulled once a week to a different hall, in addition they have residents with Covid-19 in isolation in one hall, limited equipments, rude aids and nurses, plus they lie about hiring, they get people in they know without following the protocol, using interventions in the hiring process, they don't respect the residents demands, such as keeping their favorite CNA in their hall to take care of them, it's a factory atmosphere not a facility. They don't respect the rules especially with residents that require two aids assistance, they use the lift singularly without taking precautions.
They do not pay there hard workers. They promise money to employees that doesn’t get paid. Terrible treatment. When an employee fights for their money they fire them. So so sad. Stay as far away as possible.
