The rudest people ever the office staff really need to learn good customer service. They didn't even provide a clip board to fill out an application. When help was needed with the application the agent was very aggressive and not helpful at all.
I have been here for 2-1/2 years; it took me that long to get in. I absolutely love my new home. The staff, from upper management to maintenance and cleaning staff and also the entertainment staff; keep everything up beautiful and fix anything you need fixed ASAP. My children are very happy that I live here and love to visit me here. If you are not happy living here; then I will say it could be your fault!!
Why does Metairie Manor not have generators? Some of the residents have no where to go and shelters are awful.
I moved from an apartment complex that never quieted down until after 2 AM. This is a retirement home so it is quiet at night and there are restrictions on the use of laundry rooms and the trash shute - never between 8 PM and 8 AM. The staff is friendly and the rooms are nice. I've made friends with a few of my neighbors but I am very active with too many outside organizations.
