I will start by saying this is a beautiful facility and anyone would be blessed to live here. I came to visit with my aunt to give her bonus mother flowers. Upon arrival we were greeted by a tall a gentleman Tim and Karen was so kind to call upstairs. During our brief visit Nancy the bus driver harassed my aunt and sneered at her engaging in discriminating behavior attempting to keep my aunt from visiting for no reason at all. Nancy’s behavior is unprofessional and unethical. We are appalled by this hostile and hateful woman we prayed for her. The residents deserve love , joy, and freedom.

Our mother moved into Merrill Gardens a few months ago. So far so good. While it is a big adjustment for her she is kept very busy with activities, fitness and friends. I can find her many times sitting in front of the fireplace chatting with many friends/acquaintances. She is not sitting alone in her room. This makes everyone happy.
Merrill Gardens is a beautiful place. My father-in-law lives there and he is extremely happy there. The staff are very caring and the food is amazing. There are always plenty of activities for him to join in on. Overall we are very happy with Merrill Gardens

Absolutely love the employees here! I have been working with a client since April. Literally every single employee is kind and willing to help when needed! The building is clean and the food is always great! So many activities every day! I have worked in many different facilities and this one is by far the absolute best! I could go on for days about how impressed I am with this community! Thank you so very much for loving your residents!
