Unsurpassed!!! The best first impression EVER! The facility is like being in a 5 Star hotel. Jennifer Birkland is solid gold on every level! She is warm, welcoming, completely knowledgeable and will answer every question. She is the heart of the facility and her energy is infectious. The residents are so up beat, friendly, and welcoming. Diane in the dining room is phenomenal and we loved meeting the GM, too! The apartments are so beautiful and so functionally laid out. The grounds and amenities are fantastic. They create a calendar of endless activities. My 95 year old father is the most difficult to impress. He could not get over Merrill Gardens in Brentwood! He said yes to moving there before we even left and it’s a really big deal for him to go into assisted living! They also provide various levels of additional care, so I can rest at ease that he will be in a safe and comforting environment. I really don’t have enough words to say! It’s that amazing and so are the people who run it!

The staff has been extremely helpful in the transition could not be anymore helpful .The food is good the selections are decent. noticed the lobby or dining area little to warm for me. the transition period was a lot faster than i expected couldn't be more happy for the selection of Merrill Gardens for my mother that i know she is in a safe and caring place.
What a beautiful place! Jennifer Burkland was absolutely amazing. Finding a great place for grandma was not easy until we stumbled across this gem here in Brentwood ! I have visited over 15 different living assisted facility, and this is by far the best one. Grandma was super nervous about visiting the facility, and Jennifer turned Grandma ‘s mind around instantly. The warm, welcome, ambience, chef, restaurant servers , residence, nail tech , was more than anyone could ever want for their loved one ! This place is like being at a 10 star resort ! Thank you for providing grandma with amazing new home. I have no doubt in my mind that this is the best decision I’ve ever made. Thank you to all ! Our family will finally sleep better at night knowing Grandma is an amazing place with amazing trusting people!
Had a super tour and nice lunch today with Jennifer Birkland, Community Relations Director. The facility and the amenities are outstanding. It would be hard to suggest any possible improvements. I found Jennifer to be an excellent representative for Merrill Gardens. Her knowledge of the property and her warm and friendly personality made the tour even better for me. We are amazed by this living assisted facility. We did a tour for Mom with Jennifer . Jennifer was knowledgeable and welcoming of our family . We had an amazing tour. WE ARE ECSTATIC THAT MOM LOVES THE PLACE . So much to keep Mom busy here . Thank you to everyone who makes this place pleasurable.
