Be warned this review will leave you not ok. To any current or future family members considering this facility for a loved one- DO NOT DO IT. This facility was purchased 6 months ago by Vantage Care, a company that went from owning 8 buildings to 16 in 6 months. A company more interested in acquisitions than actual ownership. A company that came with empty promises of renovations, better work environment, etc... NONE OF THAT HAS HAPPENED ITS GOTTEN WORSE. The facility does not have working AC, the building reached temperatures over 100 degrees at times in the summer. The kitchen reached as high as 120 degrees. The boilers blew and there was no hot water for days. Bacteria was found in the water making it undrinkable. Active and current mold growing on carpets. The elevators have caught on fire with people in it. Hard working, loyal staff have all left running. Due to the mass exit the facility used agency nursing staff which resulted in the wrong meds being given to residents or meds not given at all. But it's fine because the owner walks in and does not speak to anyone or introduce anyone she brings with her. Does not acknowledge how hard the few remaining staff work but rather calls them stupid and incompetent. They are not either. They do the best they can under the inhumane conditions they endure daily. But worse of all, instead of trying to make conditions better and make good on their promises they've done mickey mouse patch work on critical things to save money and continue accepting new unaware residents to these deplorable conditions. The state has been in the building but somehow these clowns manage to pull the wool over the states eyes. But it does make you wonder why is there no further investigation or why the state is allowing this facility to remain open and continuing accepting patients when this company has been unable to maintain safe conditions for its patients and staff. While everything I've said is factual, my only opinion on this is perhaps this is what happens when you go on a shopping spree instead of actually giving each building the time they need under new ownership for success. They should be ashamed.

My sister is here after being moved from 2 other faculties. This is BY FAR THE BEST facility. It is clean, well maintained and the Staff is Wonderful!!! They answer every question, are professional and friendly. I can't thank them enough. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
I HAVE TO SAY I LOVE THIS FACILITY AND THE SCHEDULER BRIDGET IS AN AMAZING PERSON . SHE LOOKS OUT FOR EVERYONE AND TREATS EVERYONE THE SAME . SHE IS ALWAYS SMILING AND ALWAYS WILLING TO HELP OUT HER CO WORKERS/ COLLEAGUES. THANK YOU FOR BEING AN HONEST PROFESSIONAL UNDERSTANDING SCHEDULER AND NO MATTER HOW MANY TASK THE JOB GIVES YOU , YOU ALWAYS EXECUTE THE MISSION SO YOUR ONE THE BEST. THANK YOU ❤️
This place is completely outdated. There's carpet throughout, stained with God knows what. Residents parked in the hallways in their wheelchairs against the walls, sleeping. Never any staff to be found, or if they are they're chatting w one another. Food selection is terrible. Lighting is dark. These poor people probably have no idea the conditions they are living in. It's a wonder how this place passes inspection..completely disgusting and should be shut down. Doesn't even deserve the 1 star.
