Mercycare Kelmscott has been a great facility for our mum who needs 24 hour care. Up to recently the staff and management have been fantastic! But unfortunately recently they protected a bad apple that deliberately hurt my mum I no longer trust the facility and don’t believe they can ensure the safety of the residents.

If I am honest this mercy care at Kelmscot doesn't even deserve 1 start. Worst staffs. I have been to lots of aged care facilities but this was the worst of the worst. Most toxic people
Great facility for mature aged residents. Daily activities, great choice of meals, down to earth, helpful & friendly staff. My Mum lives here, so my sister & I think it's fantastic Thankyou Mercy Care 🙂
I cannot rave enough about these girls and their dedication to my nan and everyone else living at Mercy Care (new ownership and for the better). The manager always has time for a chat and you can tell she gives her all to ensure everything runs smoothly. Over worked and underpaid best describes these girls. Highly recommend!
