My Mom is a resident of Mercy House in Temple, TX and I am grateful that we found this wonderful place. It is homey, clean and comfortable. The staff is professional, friendly and caring. I believe they actually love my Mom ( and even get a kick out of her sense of humor). I highly recommend Mercy House!

I found every staff member to be especially caring for my aunt during her time at Mercy House in Temple. They encouraged her to participate in crafts; helped her eat when she could feed herself no longer, and kept her clean and refreshed. Rooms are kept tidy and clean. Staff are kind, caring and considerate. Two who went above and beyond were Katie and Denise. Thank you very much!
Mercy House Temple is a sweet loving memory care!! The staff truly care and really know and connect with the residents there. My mother in law thought she owned Mercy House and she was treated like she did❤️
If you're looking for a safe place for your loved one with Dementia/ Alzheimer's to be taken care of, Mercy House is the place to be. My sweet 91 year old grandmother has lived there for the last year and a half but recently passed away. It was an adjustment at first for her but she fit in and learned to love her "new" home. They took GREAT care of her until her last breath. I will FOREVER be grateful for them. And if you're needing an EXCELLENT hospice care team, Amedisys Hospice is it! Hazel Bazil and I love ya'll always :)
Mercy House is a beautiful home and has a home away from home feel. Residents enjoy daily Activites and walks around the patio area. ShaQuiina and her staff are compassionate and helpful all of the time. Everyone knows your name and everyone feels the love. They have Spacious and bright rooms also!
