I have been with this facility for going on 38 years. I have survived our name changes, and I am glad to now be part of PACS as Mentor Hills Post Acute. We have a great team. Our fellow employees, family members, and residents are our family way from home. We all try to have fun, and look out for one another. We love our residents and try to make their time with us special whether that is a short stay or extended stay. Tour our facility and see what I mean.

They took amazing care of my aunt, the staff were accommodating to every question and need, they were professional and just treated us like family which meant the world to us. I can’t thank them enough!
