I just dropped off a flower arrangement I did myself, made the vase, bought the flowers and picked banksia and wattle from my own garden. It was whisked away from a seemingly uncaring nurse. I put effort into them for residents in that facility to enjoy and it didn't seem appreciated at all. I know the elderly love flowers, she better put them on display to be enjoyed by the residents, they'll miss out on a regular basis as I'll be going elsewhere from now on.
My grandmother resided here a few years ago and it was a terrible experience for her. I don’t want to delve into the details as it’s very distressing and upsetting for our family. Personally; I would not send anyone I know to this place.
