My stay at Memorial Manor was excellent. Donna C and Karen E was amazing! Marta and the all nurses was great.All of rehab was great, especially Melixa and Natasha.The activities dept was wonderful.Case worker and Social Services was excellent.I recommend anyone to stay at the Manor. 5 stars all the way!

I stayed at Memorial Manor for 2 weeks for short term rehab. Overall I had a great experience and it gave me everything I needed. The rehab department was great. Dietary was great with awesome food. Activities department made me a bingo addict and I will miss it. The nursing staff was excellent. The night staff could be a bit more attentive. I highly recommend this facility to anyone who needs rehab.
Memorial Manor has professional rehab who surpassed my expectations. Nurses and CNAs are professional and compassionate. Everyone does a great job at making patients feel comfortable.
I recently had the experience of arranging care for my family member at Memorial Manor and I must express my profound gratitude for the exceptional professionalism and compassion shown by their team. This place is a rare gem, and I cannot recommend it highly enough for anyone needing care. My heart was broken in dealing with the sudden, profound neurological condition of my family member. Memorial Manor not only provided medical expertise but also demonstrated genuine integrity and empathy. And that is what makes this place so special – that combination. It saddens me to know that some facilities fail to provide this level of care to our elderly population when they are most vulnerable. The staff could have simply offered medical interventions (which is all they are required to do) but they engaged in several informal chats that helped me understand the limitations and complex needs of my family member in day-to-day life. These discussions, initiated by the nursing and therapy staff, provided vital information and clarity about the level of care needed moving forward. To those nurses and therapists reading this —thank you. Your honest and proactive guidance was invaluable. I understand you all went above and beyond simply performing a job. Memorial Manor is more than just a facility; it's a community where the staff is of exceptional quality AND they truly care about their patients and their families. I am deeply appreciative of the peace of mind they provided me during a challenging time. And an 'extra' thank you to the administrator for their incredible support. You all were exactly what my family member and I needed during such a painful and difficult time.
I came to Memorial Manor for short term rehab. I couldn't even move an eyelash with a lot of medical conditions. I had no balance due to complications hypertension cranial issues along with a stroke. I am now 80% rehabilitated due to the great rehab services. Everybody treats you like a human and work with their hearts. Not just with me but with everybody. The rehab dept make you work hard and also make it fun and happy. The activities provided are fabulous which include bingo, music and more. They make me work my mind. The food has been very good and keeps my insulin in control. The nurses and assistants are great too. I feel very good with the cleanliness everything is spotless. This is a place they should have everywhere. I have been to a couple other rehabs and they don't compare at all to Memorial Manor. If I could rate them 10 stars I would.
