My grandparents have been residents here for a few years. Now, it's just my grandpa, and I've recently started visiting him twice a week. No matter who is working during my visits, I always have peace of mind knowing he's well taken care of, even if I miss a day. Over the past few months, I've gotten to know all the residents in the memory care unit, and I can see that they are genuinely well cared for. A few staff members who stand out to me are Clayton at the front desk, who always greets everyone with a much-needed kind smile, and two of the dedicated nurses, Andrea and Nancy. They also have a dietitian, Corey, whom I met today. He was so pleasant, engaging, and helped with a question I had. Winter can be a tough season for many, but the warmth and care from the staff here truly brighten my day. Attached are some photos from years back.

I was admitted to the rehab facility after a fall that shattered my arm and broken hip. I can not say enough positive things about this facility. The entire staff was so kind. From nurses to aides to housekeeping to dietary pt and ot and everyone in between. They helped me through a very very difficult time. I can't thank them all enough. I could have never done it without all of them
Update : with photo. Been gone for 11 months and now they are still sending me messages at 914 at night. This place will never get their shit together. If they can’t take an EX- employee out of the system then how are they taking care of people with this low level of competence in the building. Where to start, This was the worst experience I ever had. They have no staff, no supplies, and no accountability. When I was an employee there I had to order supplies myself and pay for them out of my pocket (I did file the paperwork to receive the money back but have not received a dime). Wound infections got worse due to not having the proper supplies along with many other issues, I worked there for 6 months and the nightmare continues as the staff still contacts me due to the horrible staffing. I had done multiple illegal shifts due to the staffing and the lack of willingness on the side of the corporate office to help with anything. even after working for 26 hours straight because of the lack of staff, I was still required to make sure I was on a phone call at 8 am when I finally got home at 7 am. Now 5 months later I am currently begging the corporation to put a stop to the phone calls and text messages. Their statement is and I quote from Betty Norris at their corporate office "We are working on getting it addressed, it is not on our end". I have made phone calls and been told they have not been contacted by the company to stop the messages and even given the corporate office the number to call and i still receive messages from the agency that they currently use for about 70% of their staffing. They can put up their auto response of caring and compassion bullshit as they don't care and to contact the administrator and deny this all they want but there is proof is out there. Maybe in the future they can fire enough brain cells to fix it. Next will the harassment charges as I want to eventually have a full nights sleep. .
Thank you for the care you give mom and mom in law. They enjoy the activities and smile with their caregivers! All of them. We as family appreciate you! Jim and Tina
This place is horrible and should be shut down. My father was here after he had surgery. They constantly messed up his medications, missing doses giving the meds at the wrong times. Never showered him until we demanded one. Patients and staff outside right in the front of the entrance smoking, 1 patient was wheeled out on a bed for a smoke break. Food is absolutely disgusting, looked like dog food. Had a meeting with HR and they acted like they cared and acted like they had no clue any of this was happening. Still after the meeting his medications were still messed up and missing. Thank God we got him out of there before he declined. Only good thing I can say is the PT women really cared and did a great job. If you care about your loved one PLEASE don't send them here.
