Family member sent here for rehabilitation services. Took 2 weeks to process the transfer to a different facility closer to home. Did not change family members brief and left them soiled for 2 hours. On two separate visits they could not provide room number for family number and had to search for the correct room by walking up and down the halls

My father died at this location February 11, 2025 and I as the NEXT OF KIN was not notified of his death! This is borderline malpractice and illegal! Yall should be ashamed of yourselves! I do not recommend ANYONE bring any of their loved ones here after how my family was treated! Because God forbid something happens, you'll be the last person to find out they died! This place needs to be shut down and all the staff fired, yall should NEVER work in Healthcare AGAIN!!

Everyone was realy sweet , very helpfull, place is clean , my motherlaw is comfortable , there . We feel like she's safe and their going over everything very well
My Mom, says the Staff is Very Nice. She feels well cared for. When I'm there visiting I watch the interactions between Staff and my Mom. I Pleased. So I feel comfortable with her being there, and cared for.
