We have been very pleased with the care our daughter has received at Medilodge Campus. She has been in rehab for 5 weeks and the staff have gone above and beyond to accommodate her. They have shown kindness and the PT/OT team visited her shortly after she arrived , even though it was a weekend. We appreciate you!!

Medilodge of East Lansing is a wonderful place to be whether you are a resident, visitor or staff member. Medilodge offers an array of services including rehabilitation, long and short term care, trach and vent care, respite and hospice, as well as in house physical and occupational therapy and speech. They also offer behavioral health services, onsite providers, specialty services and more. Medilodge of East Lansing is VA connected and offers a safe place for you or your loved one. They also host many community events with the most recent being the Easter egg hunt which was a big hit for the kids and it brought so much joy to our residents and staff.
Called the facility asking to do a tour, I could only come out after 6 on the weekends.. The lady who does tours said she would be "happy to come in and work with my schedule". You don't hear that often.. Clean facility, staff greeted me right away. During tour she sat me down in and answered all my questions then gave me the tour.. Ended up using home care for my mom but the staff is knowledgeable. this is a place id be comfortable having my mom at..
I was discharged in December of 2024 this place action is fueled from being money hungry,they feed you a lot of cheap processed foods,A high turn over rate due to some employees being mistreated by higher ranking management, therapy needs to be upgraded not a good way to be treated in your golden days.
The staff is great. They work with each resident. This place is very clean and it smells clean. The PT and the OT staff are wonderful. The social work is very helpful. The nurses and cenas are caring and very polite. Thank You K.F
