I'm writing on behalf of my mother because unfortunately she doesn't have an account here. She is so happy with Medicare that she asked me to write a post. She is more than happy as an employee there and is always happy to talk about her work. Be it the colleagues or their superiors. Of course it's exhausting and she's exhausted, but she's still doing dual training and receiving support from all levels. She really enjoys going to work there and feels very comfortable there. You will be given opportunities to continue your training. Of course, usually only dissatisfied people leave a post. And unfortunately those who are satisfied are not.

I now have to comment on the opinions here. I don't know where the information came from that our stell. PDL is supposed to be inhumane and snooty. She always has an open ear, takes care of business matters promptly, supports us and shows understanding for private matters. I'm glad to have her as my boss. Then the next review. I have no idea how Grandma's room can be portrayed so badly. I'm there almost every day. I think we should understand that older people would like to have some of their things within easy reach, as any movement can be difficult. There could be more lying around. However, it is not up to us to decide how the residents want to furnish themselves and design their surroundings. And in a small room the dust is completely different because of all the movement that takes place there. And I also find it very questionable to reduce everyday companions to window decorations and decorations in the house. A tip at this point: Just visit grandma more often, and maybe at times when the room has just been cleaned, which happens every day. And the nursing staff also do their best on the ward. And anyone who is familiar with the matter knows that certain illnesses and/or medications cause excretions to undergo extreme changes and strong smells arise. Unfortunately, it doesn't go away so quickly. And you can talk to us at any time. And no one has to worry about reprisals. It's a powerful piece to portray ourselves like that. But you should also keep in mind when having conversations: How you call in the forest, that's how it sounds!
Today I was visiting my grandma, top floor. I'm in tears, there's a lot of neglect. People are left to their own devices, care is nil, bathing is done once a month if you're lucky, when you ring the bell for help no one comes, or 30 minutes later and you're asked "what's up again" in a very unfriendly manner. My grandma just asks me not to complain to the management or nursing staff as it will only get worse. The room is dirty, as if it hasn't been cleaned in weeks, lint, sticks, things lying around everywhere and the smell of urine, that's just terrible. Prices are raised several times a year, but people don't care at all. To move away those who are unworthy of human beings is more there. The everyday companions, on the other hand, are to be praised; they try to make life there somewhat bearable by hanging trash on the windows or decorating the home.
First of all, I would like to thank you for the extraordinarily beautiful experience at WB 1. A wonderful spontaneous dance-singing afternoon at the beginning of August and a great atmosphere. The women in particular had so much fun. You're welcome to keep it up :)
Great service and nice and friendly employees
