My appreciation and admiration for the care that Medford provides truly can’t be justified by words. The attention to detail they have is nothing short of immaculate. It is all because of their obvious care for each and every resident and family. They consider anyone and everyone who walks into the building to be part of one big Medford family. I’ve had a very positive experience with Medford Multicare. The staff are truly dedicated and caring, always taking the time to make sure residents feel comfortable and supported. The rehab team is excellent—knowledgeable, patient, and really focused on helping each person reach their goals. Recreation does a great job keeping residents engaged with creative and meaningful activities, and the social work team is compassionate and communicative, making sure families are informed and involved every step of the way. It’s clear that everyone here genuinely cares.
