I used to work there until they sent me on my way, the way it was handled was disgusting I stayed back after hours to complete my work didn’t get paid for it, arrived early also I got on very well with staff, families & resident. I went beyond in my work ethics. The workload was so heavy I was put under enormous pressure & when asked for help I was ignored. Muhammad is a rude man, speaks to staff, families in a rude manner. His interviewing techniques in hiring is very bad doesn’t check references, his motto is give them a shift. To many changes no consistency, I have recently found out the workload I was given (10 man job) has now been shared around interesting that has happened. Yesterday I received a sms from Watsana inviting me to a staff meeting you are 12mths too late. I wouldn’t work for this organisation very disrespectful staff. Understaffed & cant speak English & speak in their native language which is no no.

My Dad's life was greatly improved living at Park Hill. He was free to come and go as he pleased. He made wonderful friends, was never lonely and had a full & busy life with all the activities on offer. The staff were kind and welcoming. Other families are friendly and some even have their gorgeous pets visit and share love. My dad spent the last year of his life at Park Hill, everyone knew him and he enjoyed being part of their community. I am really proud of how Park Hill do everything they can to improve the lives of the residents. I highly recommend Park Hill as it is a friendly place, with great access to outdoor spaces and they are committed to enabling people to maintain their independence. When my Dad passed away, staff from every department checked in on me & shared stories about him. I have no doubt these people really care about the people living at Park Hill.
Appalling care of my best friend who is legally blind... Left repeatedly in her wheelchair in her room. Calling and buzzing for assistance to toilet had resulted in serious infection and pain. I hope I never need to go into care... Even tho lack of staff they can't even speak to residents by name... Disgusted Further to this review...my darling friend died , distressed, frightened and feeling so scared of any staff ...a massive infection ignored...never ever consider this facility...It's a death trap.
I visited a friend who is resident at Park Hill Gardens. She says that she is happy there and is well cared for. The surroundings are very pleasant and the staff helpful and polite.
Sadly, they were rather rude and abrupt over the phone...not really interested in what I was saying...sad really.
