I have been to Meadowcrest often as a Notary for residents who need that service. The staff is experienced and helpful for both me and the residents. Beautiful facility!
I usually visit with Charlie Biggs every 6 weeks or so and I've always found the staff to be friendly and helpful and I rate 5 stars to all the questions on the survey.
Please do your research and ask A LOT of questions before committing to Meadowcrest. Try to talk with family members coming out of the facility is my best advice. They will give you the most honest answers. Facilty is new and beautiful, food is great but please know quite a few of these 5 star reviews are from staff and the owner of Meadowcrest, D. Bolton. Note that name is also on reviews on their website. Unfortunately, our family did not have the most positive experience with Meadowcrest when navigating an extremely difficult times. I hope things have improved at Meadowcrest but again please do your own extensive research.
Quinna Stanton was a very gracious host for our tour of Meadowcrest at Middletown today, showing us the various room arrangements that are available. We were very pleased with our lunch in the spacious dining room and the waiter and chef answered a few questions that we had, as did Quinna with the larger quantity of the same. Thank you very much.
