Outstanding patient care! The Executive Director and Director of Resident Services are very involved with the care and oversight of those they take care of. Nursing staff and caregivers are very attentive and active with the residents. Everyone seems engaged and cared for.

My aunt lives at Meadowbrook. It’s a really nice community of very caring and dedicated people. The staff is attentive and upbeat. And the administrators are knowledgeable and supportive. I very much enjoy visiting here.
Called to find out about getting my Mother a place there. First no one responded to my messages left at the facility. Then when I sent a general email to the corporate office, I did get one email from Ashley Sprouse who when I responded multiple time to set an appointment to come look at the place, she never again responded. If a place like this doesn't even take the time to talk to the family of a person seeking help with a family member, I can only imagine what type of care they give their patients. All I can recommend is stay away!
Hello, my Mother has only been here for a few short weeks, but let me tell you, Meadowbrook is everything they say they are. The greeting my Mother received at arrival was so sweet. Ashley, Meshia, April, Katlyn, Angie, Cheryl, Lacey and so many more were just amazing and still are. Bryan came in on his day off to pick my Mother up from her previous Facility and brought her to Meadowbrook and took the time to install a wall mount for her TV too. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this Facility. They treat our Mother as well as other Residents with such dignity and grace. The Facility is just beautiful and decorated with their generation in mind, not to mention so clean and doesn't smell like other Facilities I have been in. I want to personally thank each and every single one of you! I wish I would have found Ya'll 3 years ago when Mom was diagnosed with Dementia. My Mom already seems to be happier here than she has been in a while.
After visiting several memory care centers in the area, I knew the moment I walked into Meadowbrook that it was the perfect fit for my mom. We transferred her from a facility in Tampa, FL to TX so that I could visit daily and monitor her care. Upon her arrival, she was greeted with an outpouring of love and kindness. Every caregiver, housekeeper, certified nurse, activity director, receptionist, laundress has treated her with respect and found ways to comfort her when she is struggling. The residents are so supportive of one another and my mother has flourished since arriving there. She loves to walk, and the center is so large and filled with display cases for her to look at, windows to look out and benches or chairs to sit in if she tires. Staff is very attentive to the residents, and have attended to any request I have had for her very quickly. It's a very clean, calm and peaceful environment and my mom has transitioned beautifully in the short 10 days she has been there. It's a blessing to have Meadowbrook in our community, but its the wonderful and caring staff (from the top down) that make this place "home". Special shout outs to Reba, Starlett, Donovan, Erica, Jewell, Sherry, Ade, Cheryl, LJ, Ta, Gabby, Kathleen and the many others I have yet to learn their names.
