Parking inside lot and free street parking around the facility. Quick and easy checkin, third floor outdoor seating with chairs. Multiple benches also found in front of entrance. Several bathrooms available conveniently on each floor next to the elevators. Clean, faint medical odors, lots of bright lites, kind staff, and spacious rooms for patients.
My sister-in-law is currently a patient there rehabilitating after a hip fracture. The care is awesome. Facility is spotless. The staff are amazing. Highly recommend this institution for anybody needing rehab rehabilitation following surgery.
First 24 hours: Well-staffed, thorough questioning/assessments and food-planning (menus/chew-swallow capability). My Mom's a former RN, a stickler for cleanliness. Impressed w/ADL help, etc (bathed, clean beds, food trays). PT also went well. Newly renovated wing is lovely. Other areas are due next (look like a typical older facility). So far, very good services!
The clinical staff (nurses, aids, food staff, maintenance staff, security guards) are amazing. The administrative staff sometimes thinks the new patients don’t need instructions like where’s the dining room, ice machine, recreational areas). There’s parking inside lot and free street parking around the facility. Quick and easy checkin. Several bathrooms available conveniently on each floor next to the elevators. Clean, lots of bright lights, and spacious rooms for patients. Atmosphere is great ;)
