I can not say enough good things about the staff at this facility. From the receptionist welcoming the visitors in, to the nurses, aids and supporting staff they were very helpful with my mothers care. The nurses and aids would come in and chat with my dad and I, and check on my mother even if she wasn’t one of there patients. They cared about the residents there. And they would ensure that my mom got the best care possible. I would like to personally thank Artiesha for her help in helping my mom to drink more water. Denise in just being there and checking my mom all through the night. Heather for finding my mother's ring, and all the other aids, nurses and physical therapist and occupational therapists also. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone. 5 stars in the care is not enough.

My mom was given the best care possible. She recently passed away from here. I would like to say thank you to all the staff here. They went above and beyond the call of duty. Special thank you to Gigi,Jennifer,Heather,and Stacy for going out of their way to make my mom and family feel very comfortable I gained a whole new respect for what nursing home workers go through on a daily basis.
My Grandmother was there for about 5 days. My mother and i had her removed due to rude staff and neglect. My Grandmother was requesting assistance to the restroom we waited approximately 20 minutes (way too long) so I left to find someone, and I did. I found her texting on her cell phone. Wow! 😞 staff were disrespectful and the food was terrible. Do not put anyone you love in this place!
The nursing care and compassion my mother in law and our family received was excellent. I would like to give a few people special acknowlegedment. Poshana was top notch. A great nurse! Nicole and Stacy were terrific aides. The care we received will not be forgotten
This place deserves more than five stars. My mom was placed in nursing home in 2017, it took awhile for her to become adapt to new surroundings. I see how the patients become eager to attend and love the entertainment shows. Bingo is one of their favorite past times, too. The patients and my mom appeared to be content most of the time due to the fact the staff are friendly, caring, would go out of their ways & they worked very hard. The place looks very nice with upgraded interiors. The huge beautiful aquarium full of fishes located next to the elevator not only capture the visitors’ attention but the residents’ attention, too. Kudos to all of the staff including the awesome activity therapists, too. My nom would frequently called the staff as “my people.” Sadly, my mom passed away in 2021 & interred with her loved ones in the heaven. She was also lucky to receive great quality service at this awesome nursing home for the last five years. Thank you all!
