The people who have left positive reviews about this place are fake and made up by Mcintosh. The truth about this place is that. It's horrible! I would not trust leaving my grandmother here. If you have check in daily and ask your loved one and the staff questions about their care. I'm 53 years old and was sent here for rehabilitation. The staff is rude and I have witnessed how how people are treated. The CNA's are rough and do not answer call lights in a timely manner. I have caught them in the hallway or the nurses station laughing gossiping about residence and making plans to get together and do stuff. Lights, including mine have gone off for up to 3 hours. They do not make sure that my elderly roommates have or know how how to use their call lights. They set days for showers but don't follow the schedule. Because it falls into their smoke breaks or they don't feel like it. There is also a lot of theft. I suspect the CNA's. All in all this place is a dump and I am getting out of here as soon as I can

Unwanted physical contact by staff. Hostile response from management when reporting. Calls to private cell phone from staff member that violated me at 10pm a week later from his private cell phone in an effort to harrass. No action by anyone. Run away from here as far as you can. They don’t have respect for the divine feminine body, just violations.
