This is a nice place for seniors. My relatives live here and like it. It has a locked entrance so only invited guests can come. They have a room for relatives in town to stay in if needed. There are dinners for the tenants and they can also have guests with there dinner with notification. There are activities and some small garden spots on the roof. You can also visit on the roof. My mom has an apartment in this HUD Senior housing apartment building in downtown Ithaca. Kept up very well. Wonderful staff and friendly residents that plan a lot of their own activities. A real my lovely place for my mom.
Great living facility for seniors and they serve lunch and dinner to residents and family. Also, there is an apartment for rent for visitors to Ithaca, at a most reasonable price.
The services and amenities are unlike anything I've come across. The property is meticulously maintained and the staff is very friendly, helpful, and proud of the property. Rightfully so!
Great community for seniors. It's safe, clean, and there are many opportunities for social interaction.
