My personal experience with McCrea manor more than once is that they have an awesome team of employees. We all worry about where our loved ones will go, will they get the care they need. At McCrea they treat your loved ones like family. Noone is just a name on the door. They truly care. I recommend McCrea 💯.

It’s been more than a year since my grandad has been here and I can definitely see a difference since the new management has taken over. It’s been a breath of fresh air! Thank you all for what you do!

In the midst of the chaos going on in our world today, most of the employees at McCrea are working diligently to care for the residents. There are just too many outside expectations that prevent them from being able to fully attend to everyone’s needs. I have personally experienced the best and the worst. However, almost all of the upper management team has worked with me to remedy my concerns. I am confidently able to rely on their support. As with any business, there is room for improvement. It is unfortunate that some leaders focus on the bottom line instead of the care and safety of its residents.
I've never witnessed a more lack of care for the elderly. My grandma, who has since passed, was ignored and I'm sure mistreated even more than we know. She was left unattended and never checked in on for lunch and she almost had a stroke from her low sugar. She was filthy with stuff spilled all over her, unable to sit up and they still had no rush to come help when we asked. It was an hour and a half passed lunch time when we came somebody should have already been in there! It shocks me the disrespect and lack of love they seem to have for their people. The front desk lady is extremely rude. No one was ever around or available when we asked either. Now instead of accepting responsibility for their mistakes, they are continuously having their people post positive stuff about them to help their reviews instead of just focusing on bringing their facility and their workers up to par. It truly is disgusting and I urge anyone that sees this review to find a different place. Out of our research I would suggest Green Meadows. Shame on this facility for not trying to be better and just making excuses and fake reviews.
