My aunt felt very comfortable there for almost 10 years. She was able to take part in many leisure activities and was constantly busy. She also gave her own lectures and always felt well looked after. When her health no longer cooperated, she was able to easily switch from “just living” to assisted living. When she ended up needing nursing care, she was in good hands there too. I have always found the employees to be friendly and compassionate. My grandma and her partner really like it here. They are well looked after and have large rooms with terraces and balconies. You will also like the café in the courtyard.
My mother feels very comfortable there. At the age of 87, she really enjoys her stay, from the lunch to the events on offer and the friendly roommates. I found the staff to be very friendly and respectful when dealing with their residents. Due to the Corona measures, access is somewhat reminiscent of crossing the zone border. But that's exactly right. There can be no negligence.
The facility is very spacious and neatly designed. After considerable check-in effort due to Corona, and selling a “mandatory” FFP 2 mask for an unbelievable 1.00 euros⚠️, we discovered that almost half of the residents and employees disregard the mask requirement. An absolute no-go. There is also no corrective action on the part of the service. Unfortunately, residents who are here for care do not receive fresh clothes every day. To say the least, an unacceptable situation. There is also an acute risk of dehydration for the residents. Because none of the staff actively cares about the necessary drinking quantities cares. We have already had one hospitalization just for this reason. Is that then bodily harm for money?
