Agree with the comments here about the staff. Incredibly disrespectful, incompetent, and unprofessional. Kelly was one of the worst staff members I’ve had to work with.
I agree with Donna C. The management and CNAs (excluding a specific few) at Ashlar has gone from being friendly, helpful & welcoming to outright rude and at times disrespectful and liars , They lied to keep their job. I know several people who have chosen other places to live due solely to the way they have been spoken to by those who are supposed to be 'selling' it. Feel bad for some staff who have to work for them. Too bad because the place itself is very beautiful but needs a change in the management and needs training CNAS that don't pick and choose who they are going to work with and learn how to respect other workers'experience and respect their job . I don't think is fair for great caregivers lose their job because of a CNA behaviour and lies ...
Stop sending flyers to my house updates: i did what they said and they are still mailing me garbage. if this is how they treat me, a handsome and innocent gentleman, who is very good at spelling, imagine what they will do with your loved ones
