The staff .. ALL of them are so caring and sincere. This includes the administration as well as the nurses, aides, therapists. This is a rarity to find in any SNF. I am so happy to have found Mason Health Care as a place for my husband to stay and receive the rehab he needs as for other SNF have not been the same and my husband has been miserable while staying elsewhere. As noted by others not only are the staff caring , the facility is clean and the housekeepers keep it that way. If you have a loved one that needs any SNF care, I highly recommend Mason Health Care. It is very reassuring to know my husband is in good hands. And, I must stress again how caring and sincere, easy to work with , the staff are. My original contact was Jess and she has continued to be nothing but helpful from the beginning. Jess is in admin. The team of anyone in admin should be recognized along with Jess. I could mention EVERY nurse, aide, or therapist on the floor as wonderful and doing a great job too. They all work together !!

I can’t say enough great things about this facility. It’s the kind of place I would recommend anyone sends their loved ones too. The staff is amazing and very hands-on, the facility is really clean and well put together. It’s hands down a 10/10!!
Had a friend that stayed at this facility and it was great place they where very friendly and helpful and great team work would definitely recommend to my friends and family.
The staff are so nice, and it's obvious they genuinely care about the patients. My 90 yr old mother in law is there for rehab, and they take good care of her. It's a pleasant, decent, and clean, but not 'fancy' place. In my opinion, that's a good sign that the focus is on care and that funds are not being squandered on looking ritzy.
