I can’t say enough what a wonderful place this is. My sister was very fortunate to go here for her rehabilitation. From the moment arriving the friendly staff to the cleanliness and warm updated decor. The food was delicious and a great variety. We loved the daily activities they have and all the staff to get you there and involved. The nurses and staff were so helpful and nice. The therapy staff was great and bonus to see the wild turkeys on occasion through the glass windows in there. And a special thank you to Angie for all her caring and kindness. Thats not an easy job when insurance dictates your time there. Thank you everyone for all your help and support for a great recovery at an amazing place. Couldn’t have found anywhere to even come near this place❤️

My mom has been here three days, most of the nursing staff are snarky and uncaring!!! The afternoon nurse that was on duty on June 14th named Mary is the worst. I will be reporting her first thing Monday morning. My mom is on hospice and she refuses to give her pain meds when she needs them. She’s aloud to have them every two hours as needed and it’s been 3 1/2 hours and she refuses to give them to her. I have been here all day and I’m scared to leave her alone with her. I’ve been in health care for 28 years and never met a true nurse ratchet. She need to get a new careers because she’s no longer caring. God bless my momma and I pray she gets a bed in Angela’s hospice soon 😩
We have had two recent experiences with family members utilizing Marywood services. All the staff have been fantastic. It is a very clean and positive environment for healing. The staff is fantastic. While this is not an easy facility to run, they do a great job. We are very blessed to have their team for our family.
After a two week stay at St.Mary's hospital, we chose Marywood Nursing Care Center for my mom's rehabilitation. Although she was in very poor shape upon arrival, the Marywood team worked tirelessly to improve her health. From the aides who kept her room clean, the food and nutrition representatives who listened to her specific interests, up to the administrative team stopping in to update us, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you all for your great help, it was appreciated very much.
I wander where did Marywood human resources dept find those means, unsympathetic, unqualified nurse aid and other night shift staff members. At night it is like living in a Resident Evil movie's World War Z. In one occasion an aid yell at me for having the pee drip out to the front of the toilet. She yelled with an angry voice and weird accent" I am not paid to clean the floor for u". In another incident, a tall big girl yelling at my for pointing the finger at her (i was pointing to the urinal which was far near the basin, and requesting her to bring it me since my leg is paralyzed.) She claimed that I disrespect her. I told her we are in America and we all have different culture. But let's have mutual respect and don't bring your culture to this work place. However, the admin staff, the nurse, the case manager and the physical therapist were extremely kind, helpful, and knowledgeable.
