My daughter was moved here after almost 6 weeks in hospital following a car accident and 6 surgeries. She has been treated with compassion and excellent care by all involved. The food is excellent, carefully prepared and there are choices. PT and OT are provided every day and by people who know what they are doing. She asks many many questions as she started her working life as a RN, MSN and then a PhD and they have always responded in positive ways and no one takes offense at her questions. I visit every day and I see care throughout.

My ex husband loves the staff especially on long term care side nurses are excellent the c.n.as are awsome. Really care and very good team work. Smiling is sweet. Thank you all for the wonderful care. I know there's a lot to do. Everyone is so friendly.
Exceptional care and compassion! The staff were kind, attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring for the patients. The facility was clean, comfortable, and very welcoming. I highly recommend Marysville care center to anyone seeking top-notch skilled nursing care. I swear, 5 stars isn't enough - they deserve 10!
Absolutely Horrifying Experience - Stay Away! I highly recommend staying as far away from Marysville Care Center as possible. From the minute we walked through the doors, the admissions manager, Cindy, was not only rude but completely unhelpful during a time where we needed assistance. It's a difficult thing to have loved ones be in assisted care, and to be met with such unprofessionalism was appalling. What's even more disturbing is the blatant neglect of the patients. If your loved one needs to use the restroom, be prepared for their call button to go unanswered for hours, only for the staff to completely forget they were left on the toilet for extended periods. This is unacceptable and shows a complete disregard for basic human dignity. To add insult to injury, the facility has a disgusting silverfish infestation (see attached picture for undeniable proof, and dirty dishes they give to patients…). The entire place feels unclean and in dire need of a thorough cleaning. It's clear that the staff at Marysville Care Center do not take any pride in their jobs. They neglect their residents, plain and simple. This facility does not listen to, care for, or properly treat the individuals entrusted to them. For the mistreatment and the unsanitary conditions of this facility, this should be investigated. Please, for the sake of your loved ones, explore every other possible option before considering this place.
My mom spent over a month at the facility and we were impressed by the friendly and supportive staff. They were always welcoming and eager to help. We would like to extend our gratitude to Olha, Kyle, Marco, and Cindy, who provided exceptional support to my mom and catered to her every need. We also appreciate the assistance provided by the rest of the staff. We feel fortunate that she was able to stay at this particular facility.
