Today, we met Sister Veronica, the administrator, and Irene at Marycrest Manor. We went as a family, and they took their time showing us the facility. The staff was amazing, and the location was very impressive. They went above and beyond to make sure we understood the process, the stay, and everything that needed to be discussed. We got lucky to be able to place our dad here for care after his injury. Every room has windows and natural light. The sliding glass doors were recently updated throughout the facility (resident rooms) for better insulation. The rooms are clean and tended to daily. The staff are friendly and provide updates any time I call. I spoke with the dietician to personalize a meal plan for my dad. The team and residents are diverse, and many of the staff are bilingual in Spanish. Overall, the staff members are caring and attentive to the individual care of their residents.
My mother was there for 12 years. Beautiful location. Compassionate, caring and capable staff. I can't imagine a better place to have care. As close to heaven on earth as you can get.
A beautiful location and facility for the residents and staff. Good teamwork and leadership. I especially enjoyed training and learning good lessons here. I still have good memories which is a testament to the working environment here. Nothing but cherished memories which is my hope for the residents past, present and future.
Marycrest Manor is a very beautiful and nice quaint and surreal place you would want to live or stay at, but let's talk about the kitchen, they have a contract company that has their own group ofpeople and there under Healthcare Service Group, worst company you would ever want to work for, they treat their workers like slaves, remember the name Healthcare service group...
