Dear Care Team, We would like to thank you very much for the short-term care our mother received in your home. We have never experienced such warm and reliable care before; it's simply fantastic. Keep it up. Getting to know your home helps us age with confidence. We wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. Stay healthy and keep up the good work. Simply fantastic. Best regards, the Schmied family

Staff that takes some getting used to, who were probably able to gain experience in a Polish prison sanatorium. Rough and robust tone (personal impression). Isolated geriatric patient (Wiechernhaus) gets the cake in the common room. The catch is that the patient is prohibited from entering these rooms. The patient is not informed that cake is intended for him, let alone brought to his room. Billing will probably still occur (assumption). The patient is in a wheelchair and is supposed to be there for 3 weeks to regain his strength, but has been receiving physiotherapy for the first time in ten days the day before yesterday. According to the doctor, this will not be repeated. Although isolated, during the weeks of recovery and rehabilitation, he contracted pneumonia and the Novo virus. Admitted to the emergency room two days after discharge and died in the meantime. It was in the next room After complaining about breakfast, the patient was rolled into the room with such force that he crashed into the table. Where are the other 1 and 2 star reviews? Deleted? Is criticism of a lack of nursing competence a case for censorship? Are only well-sounding comments allowed to be heard here?! A disgrace for those in need of care and an unreasonable expectation for paying customers. A warning for those seeking help. From Hanau P. Calbet
Here, residents and employees are treated with respect. When you enter the facility you are greeted in a friendly manner. In the foyer there is a kiosk, a hairdresser and immediately afterwards an open library. Everywhere you meet people who greet you in a friendly manner. There is liveliness. Contact and liveliness are essential characteristics in this phase of life. You can grow older here.
My father is housed in the Wiechern 1 department. My father receives good care there beyond the normal care and food. Small wounds are taken care of in the same way as doctor appointments to have other health issues clarified and treated. The staff is very nice and always has an open ear for needs and necessary coordination between us as relatives and them as carers. Communication with the department management is very good and open. Upcoming topics are discussed, coordinated and implemented in a timely and goal-oriented manner. We have a good feeling that my father will receive the best possible care here
Even if there is a lack of staff (which the facility cannot do), we know that my grandmother is in the best of hands here. The bistro is awesome: chefs who fulfill every special wish and make great food - the entire staff at the facility is very friendly anyway. God bless you!
