My Mom is a Resident at Martha T Berry. She has been there for over a year. The Care that she receives has been Exceptional. As a nurse of 24+ years, I am so happy with what I see here. Qualified, Warm and Compassionate staff. My Mom and our family is always treated with the utmost Respect and Professionalism. My Mom's issues are addressed promptly. Facility is clean, the food is "delicious," according to my Mom, and they do their best to meet her needs Physically, Mentally, and Spiritually. We could not ask for a better place for our Mom. I highly recommend Martha T Berry.

My mother was a resident for several years. I cannot tell you how grateful I was for the attention and care she received. The staff kept me aware of any changes whether with administrative policies or my mother's medication and food. My mother was difficult in her dementia, but the staff was very good to her. The library, activities, gardens, etc. were beautiful touches. When it came time for hospice, I couldn't have been more pleased with their attentiveness. I am glad I found MTB.
Where do I Begin. My mom became a resident of this facility in January 2023. While no place is perfect I do have to say this place is amazing. My mom had a few issues over her stay there, but nothing that ever went on addressed. Before my mom moved here she was in and out of the hospitals and rehabs but because she got 24 hour care when she did go to the hospital which was twice she was only there for two days. My mom unfortunately at this facility yesterday, the care, the dignity, the grace, the sympathy, the tears that was shared by the staff yesterday and forever be in my heart my mother was feisty. I was told she had a spice about her. But my mother had a heart and she loved the people that cared for her. I can’t think of staff enough for all that they did for my mother a huge huge shout out. To Alana. Vanette. Rachel. Dollie. Theresa. Sue. Amari. Stacy. Tiffany. Falon. Belinda. I know there were others but I am at a loss for names. You guys are all angels, and I thank you, for the care you gave my mother.
Worse Nursing Facility I have dealt with. Would not even do an evaluation and assist with my brother in law's care. Submitted paperwork prior to Christmas, was told that staff was on vacation between Christmas and New Years. Gave them an opportunity after the holidays to contact me, once contacted back (Donna) coordinator calls back says she does not have documentation when all was sent to her prior Christmas and then finally after saying she has all the documentation calls back and says he does not fit their qualification. Qualifications to take of someone that is sick... what has this nursing world come too. Very disappointed in the customer service care this facility has given. ATTORNEYS!! DO NOT REFER YOUR CLIENTS TO THIS FACILTY AS THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT CARING FOR PEOPLE
Beautiful Facility. Great Staff. Top notch care that only a County Medical Care Facility can provide!
