I have lived here for a little over a year and a half, and it has been a good experience! I’m so thankful to the manager Joey! He has really turned this place around since he’s been here and done so much for our community! He is the best manager! Even my kids love him to death! And the maintenance guys are really on task, and get things done nicely and always in a timely manner. It’s a true turn around!

I have lived here almost 5 years. I’m disabled and have a Handycap Apartment. And I just want to say that since the newest Manager Joey has been here, Things have changed So Much for the better! He has done everything he can to turn this place around!!! It’s So Much Better here now!!!

I didn't get an apartment yet but when I was there trying to fill out the application they were really trying to help me get in there I really do appreciate the time that they took for me and I really hope I get the chance to live there.
It's so amazing to see the difference the new manager of this complex is making, this time last year I wouldn't dare to let my kids outside to play nor go outside alone, Joey has totally been working very hard along with his crew to make this place a better place to live. I have lived here for 8 years and have never seen a Maintenace tech pick up a piece of trash until Joey came aboard. Not only does this young man take pride in his work he takes pride in the company he works for and is trying to turn this what is known a slum a hole around ..Kutos to Joey and his gang
