I Love Marion Woods A L F Every time we come to see my Dad he is happy. I couldn't ask for a better A L F from the minute we trun in to the Driver Way I feel at peace. The landscapers do a fabulous job. I walk into the building and I am so happy to be there. I know my Dad of 85 Is getting the best care. My Sister chose a wonderful home. His Apt is just what he needs and he likes it. The staff are very helpful with anything I needed or that my Dad needs as far as I can tell. Dad loves the dinning room and food. The culinary staff was wonderful to us my father and his son-in-law didn't alert them that they had 5 other guests on a Sunday morning. They were so wonderful they accommodated us it was Christmas it was our last day with him. Thank you so much Marion Woods Julie Goodbrand-McMurran

Wonderful and attentive Team! It is always a pleasure to visit the residents and team here at Marion Woods. Beautiful community, clean and positive environment to all residents and families!
The positive points - large 2 bedroom apartments (they have other options too); 3 meals a day included with the monthly rent; the facility is well kept on the outside and is in a convenient and quiet area. The staff USED TO BE friendly and caring. The negative points - recent interior changes (paint, common area furniture, photos on the walls) are now drab and uninviting; th rent has increased dramatically twice in the past 2 years; the staff is nonchalant and seemingly non-interactive with residents (if you can even find any staff); regular house cleaning is supposed to be included, but I saw no evidence of it on my week-long visit; front desk staff - not welcoming and often no one was even there; no staff on hand AT ALL after 5 p.m. In short, if your elderly loved one is almost completely independent and doesn't need any specialized care or assistance, then this is a good place. But if you want/need/expect more, look elsewhere.
