Very competent staff. Here the seniors are cared for properly, humanely and with a lot of empathy. However, as a relative you notice that the staff shortage is now clearly visible. The management should do more for its staff (hiring, effective PEP, etc.) so as not to drive away those who are still there. It would be a shame if the good atmosphere disappeared.
