5345 Marian Ln, Virginia Beach, VA 23462, United States
When our mother moved into Marian Manor at 99 years old, she never expected her life to change so dramatically. She found that not only did she have wall strings she could pull for nursing help, but she could have meals delivered to her room, a cleaning service, laundry service, a hair salon, and nail care. The in-house Doctor and the Rehab OT and PT services are excellent there - they really know their residents' needs. Endless fun activities are planned, especially around holidays, and Chapel and Volunteer activities are always available. Mom has found a vibrant life at Marian Manor. And she rarely eats in her room, choosing her meals with friends in the Dining Hall. We are so happy for her. She hardly has time for us anymore!

My mother lived at Marian Manor for three years. I was always impressed by the quality of care that she received. Marian Manor has created a family atmosphere where employees appear to like their jobs as they provide excellent care for the residents. You can feel the positive atmosphere when you walk in. I believe that my mother´s life was extended by moving to Marian Manor where she had good care and an active social life. She also made some very good friends.
My father has been at Marian Manor now for about three months and we and more importantly he has been totally satisfied with the move in, the staff, the dining team and his overall care. We as a family are so glad we were able to move our father into Marian Manor and highly recommend the facility to anyone contemplating moving their loved one to the next phase of their care.
My mother lived here for almost three years. I always knew that she was safe, and that many employees there really cared for her. My mother was at the highest level of care there, and she was kept clean and her room was always clean. My mother really liked it there, she was happy and quite cheerful. We went to many events within Marian Manor, and planned activities.
I have a dear friend staying at this facility and he has complained of a nurse by the name of Charlotte who is short with her words, uncaring and unprofessional with him. Just not happy that he has to stay there. why is this person even a nurse?
