I would provide a rating of 0 if I could. I called to inquire about assisted living for my father. When a staff answered the phone, she said, "You don't have the balls to say hello?" And then hung up the phone. I called back clearly thinking she must have been speaking to someone else. I inquired about her response earlier, and she said that she had said hello twice but no one responded. I explained that I did not hear her say hello. She did not apologize. What a horrible way to answer a business telephone! She did not even mention the name of the facility when answering the phone. If this is how staff answers the phone, I can only imagine the horrible treatment they provide to their residents.
I met with the owner, she very professional with a caring heart. Clean place for your love ones, the food there is home healthy cooking.
Outstanding service! Very warm and caring environment. Home like atmosphere. Excellent care and service!!!
