On Wednesday April 23,2020 was my the first time applying for a studio, I talked to Ms. Raven,(which doesn’t work there anymore),after taking my informations, she immediately sent me an application. I filled it up and send it back as soon as I could to the Management. A year later in 2021 I had called several times until Miss Lyopa took my informations and sent me another application. When I called to get the status of my application Ms.Anna told me that one of the staff member never placed my name on the waiting list, and in order to be qualified for an apartment, I have to be 62 + years old of age,(which I am),however, when I called the first time in 2021 of one of the staff member told me I had to be 55+ years old of age to be considered for an apartment. What to believe? My Second application was sent on April 26 TH, 2023. I had called so many times and my last call was Today, Wednesday, December 13, 2023, I have left many messages with my informations and No one returned my calls. Miss Anna is giving me the “running around “ in order to keep her job,(to my opinion) and they are so many people looking for a job, actually people that do want to work. I also left several messages to the property manager Mr. Daniel Kim, which never returned one of my phone calls. This Management is POORLY managed and unprofessional,(to my opinion).👎🏻👎🏻 Updated Review: DO NOT waste your time with this company, Miss Anna will give you the running around and make you believed that you are on the waiting list . Since 2020, I applied for a one bedroom as of today, December 13TH,2024 I called for at least 5 times in order to find out my status. She told me that the waiting list IS CLOSED then, she told me that I was removed from the waiting list because she sent me a letter which never arrived at my address, pretending that it was the post office fault . Make up your mind in all these lies!!(my opinion). DO NOT !!! I repeated, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME & your energy with this company. Miss ANNA IS JUST TRYING TO KEEP her job ,(pretending to do her job) . That’s all it is.!!
